The Role
We are looking for a Python Software Developer who treats coding as a craft. You will own the backend of scalable web apps, clean up complex APIs, and help architect systems that do not break under pressure. You do not need to be micromanaged. You know how to take a feature from an idea on a digital whiteboard straight to production.

What You Will Do
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code using modern frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and uptime.
- Participate in code reviews to keep our standards high and learn from the team.
- Help automate deployments and manage cloud infrastructure using Docker and AWS.
What You Bring
- Solid experience building production-ready backend systems with Python.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases like PostgreSQL, Redis, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps tools, continuous integration, and cloud environments.
- Strong communication skills, especially in writing, since we are a remote and async team.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine excitement for solving messy technical challenges.
