The Role
We are looking for a Junior Paid Media Specialist based anywhere in Canada to help scale our clients’ digital advertising efforts. You don’t need a decade of experience, but you do need a massive appetite for data, curiosity about consumer behavior, and a desire to learn fast. You will work directly with our senior media buyers to launch, track, and optimize paid campaigns across major digital platforms.

What You Will Do
- Build, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Write compelling, punchy ad copy and collaborate with our design team to brief high-converting creative assets.
- Track daily budgets and adjust bids to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Run A/B tests on creative assets, headlines, and landing pages to constantly improve performance.
- Analyze campaign data and compile clear, jargon-free performance reports for our clients.
- Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and viral shifts to pitch fresh ideas to the team.
What You Bring
- Basic experience managing or assisting with paid media campaigns (agency experience or internships are a huge plus).
- Comfort with numbers and tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Sharp copywriting skills and a keen eye for what makes an ad clickable.
- Strong written communication skills, as we live and breathe asynchronous work.
- A resident of Canada with valid work authorization.
- High energy, attention to detail, and a willingness to test, fail, and learn quickly.
